Activity Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the customer of the contracted service, the following procedure shall be followed:

1. If the cancellation is made more than one week before the scheduled date and time of the activity, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
2. If the cancellation is made less than one week before the scheduled date and time of the activity, you will lose 25% of the reservation.
3. If the cancellation is made within 72 hours before the scheduled date and time of the activity, 50% of the activity fee will be forfeited.
4. Failure to show up at the place, date and time scheduled for the start of the activity, without prior cancellation of the booking, will result in forfeiture of the total amount paid for the activity.
