The Lower Freser Canyon, located in Vall de Núria, is a fascinating adventure that combines the adrenaline of water with the beauty of rock in the heart of the Pyrenees. The descent begins at Salt del Grill, a vertical waterfall that leads into a route filled with crystal-clear pools, rappels, slides, and jumps, all optional depending on each participant’s preference and experience.

The route is fully adaptable to the group’s level, with options ranging from easy to intermediate or advanced, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced adventurers. Throughout the descent, participants can enjoy nature in its purest form: lush vegetation, transparent waters, and spectacular mountain views that make this activity a unique and unforgettable experience.
