Each route has a different level of difficulty. To get the most out of your excursion, choose the one that suits your level of experience.

The minimum age for participation depends on the difficulty of the activity. Outings classified as family initiation are open to children, while those with a higher level of difficulty are reserved for those over 18 years of age.

All our instructors and guides are qualified in various disciplines and have extensive experience in the activities they carry out.
